Default 03 883 RR turn signal not functioning

I recently started having trouble with my right rear turn signal. The front right signal doesnt flash but the second filament lights up when i press the turn signal switch. That leads me to believe that the turn signal module is operational. I've already checked the fuses and the bulb itself to see if the contact on the bulb was bad or not. I did observe cracks that grew radially from the center of the turn signal bulb housing but I am not sure if that would cause a conflict with the operation of the signal. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same issue on my 2000 sporty and found that the contact pionts on my rear one's where bad by having a guy i work with testing them with a mulit meter. I choose to take mine off as i didn't want to buy new one's. I don't think this really helped but just figured i let you know your not alone with the issue.
