If there is power input but the lights don't come on the module is probably bad. You can also un plug the connector and apply power to the output wires to see if the lights come on or not. There should also be a wire that supplies constant power to the module. If you have power at all 3 inputs and no lights work, replace the module, the one for your bike should be about $50 at the dealer.
