My Nightster progress
First thing I did when I got it home was to make the tag mount vertical + it was free.

Inverted the mirrors.

Relocated the front signals. Arlen Ness.

I then got a set of Cycle Shack slip ons and have since replaced them with Vance & Hines Short Shots.

I added a set of Vied's to sweeten her up.
Then got the V&H VO2 mounted up.

I bought a nice used "48" seat and plan on reworking it with memory foam later. {what a fricken brick}.

When I pulled the stock Nightster seat I found a badly scuffed area of paint that would show with the new seat so I had an old mustang fender bib from my Deluxe that I cut down to cover and protect that area till next summer when I'll have a chance to take care of the problem. {winter is our best riding season}. Seen in pic above.
I had a kick stand pad I had made for my old Ultra and cut the strap ear off of it and drilled a hole in the center for the A/C cover. Its 3/16's aluminum diamond plate that has a bit of an aged look to it.

Some future mods I'll be doing include, A set of Iron handlbars that are on the way, the Joker Machine speedo relocation kit, the HD starter cover, and upper fork black outs. Who knows what will be coming after that.
Heres how she sits today.
