Does anyone have any experience with corbin seats? I want a new seat for my iron. Comfort is the key here. I already have a spring seat that provides the look I want, but for half and day long rides there is absolutely no practical comfort. Mustang wide touring and harley sundowner are on the list. I know they are both well proven, but they seem to give the overly bulkly look. The corbin gunfighter and lady is what my third option is on the list. It seems to give a sleeker look while supposedly offering hours of comfort. Many recommendations have been given for mustang and sundowner, but I need any user experience of corbin. If anyone has had or has the gunfighter feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! This forum Rocks!!!

I've had the gunfighter on a softail and I currently have a gunfightere on my sporty. Best seat known to man, no hd seat comes close. They have slots to put a backrest in for driver, awesome I've put many of 2500 mile Sturgis trips on with those two seats. They are pricey for a reason , cause they rock
I one years ago, it was comfortable once broken in. You'll likely find as much improvement in comfort also by upgrading your rear suspension. I had the wide mustang on my Nightster which was a really good seat, but when I added 1" longer progressive shocks it really became good for a day's ride.
I've had 2 Corbin seats and found them very comfortable on longer rides. They are firm, but I prefer that to a soft seat. I also had a Mustang solo seat on an older Sporty and it was comfortable and firm as well, but definitely not as sleek looking as the Corbin gunfighter. Either company should meet your comfort needs, you just have to decide which look you like better.
The 'lady' part of that seat looks no wider than the fender. If you have a lady and want her to be comfortable on longer rides get her a nice wide comfy seat. Forget about looks, you can swap back to your preference when riding solo, but make her comfortable!
