Am I missing something? Front Blinker adjustment

My blinkers on the front (hang below the handlebars) are not positioned the same on both sides...when I try to move them around the the same spot on blinker is tight and the other is loose ....and then vice versa...is there anyway to tighten the blinkers down in whatever spot I want them to be in?

I am not neer my bike at the moment, but try in looking from the front of the bike. U'll see one hole on each side. If irc...it's an allen key.

I didn't see anything ..is it on the blinker casing ?

There's a lil hole in the perch, directly above the orange lense, and very close to the where the signal hooks to on the perch. Just get a flash light, if you can't find it then I dunno what to tell you. There's no other holes if your standing in front of the bike looking at it
