Simple Green, no armor all or tire dressing and don't put it on the seat either. Don't ask me how I know! LOL
Hahahahahaha funny thinkin about that one!
1 cup ofsugar in a gallon of water, will make the tires shiney and black and not "slick", works on the black body molding on the cage too.If you try this you are on yer own as far as the tires not being slick, that has been my experience anyway.

It don't last till the next washin' but it does look good till it gets wet again, just make the solution and use a rag to rub it on!

The MoCo makes some tire dressing. It's a bit of a pain to apply and get to look good. I'm gonna try the Sugar water. Sounds like a great tip.

Mostly, just ride the bike, the tires won't last long enough to get too dirty.

I just use the same stuff I use to wash the car, but I use a stiff-bristle brush on the tires and give 'em a good brushing with the soap. It gives 'em a nice natural black look.

PS: That sugar thing is pretty intriguing - anyone tries it, do post yer results!

Just watch out for any dogs licking your tires and then trying to relieve themselves on your wheels.Sugar rims, yummm.

The tire manufacturers suggest only soap and water due to the fact that a chemical is introduced into the rubber which protects against the sun etc. In fact, they claim that if anything else is applied it reduces the life of the tire
