On the 48 it was exhaust! That or a seat is a must on a 48.

Foot pegs/shifter (I can't stand those stock rubber hideous things) and front turn signal visor trim kit with smoked lenses.

I rode home with my HD plastic bag filled with goodies as soon as I bought her.

First thing I did was install the $10 rubber Kury throttle boss:

Dude that thing looks awesome! So many times I wishes I had something like that! Never knew such a thing exsisted.
