Was wondering what everyone's opinion was on these and what people were putting on their bike. Also would highway pegs be good with mid controls? Plan on getting guards but not sure which one to get or style.
Install, bolts and alignment were all right on. Also don't think the bars are to wide as lane sharing is not an issue.
Could be a form over function decision for you. Some say form - looks better without. Function - might save a leg in an accident and cosmetic damage in a tip over. I like the form and function and would install again.
Nothing wrong with installing highway pegs to get your legs from cramping on long distance journeys. I do not have them and can't offer a recommendation of brand and fie.
Im running the harley crash bar on mine also and love it. Its was on it when I purchased the bike, most of my friends arn't crazy about it but opinnions are like aholes. Decided to take it off once and really didn't like the look at all to be honest, so the next day it was back on lol. Can't say that Im crazy about highway pegs but I have forward controls so there isn't much need for me. I wish I could afford the lindbar also its a sick piece!
I was wanting to get the Harley black rounded ones or the Harley mustache ones with built in foot pegs. Just want something to look good and if it would be good with nud controls on distance from pegs to regular controls.

I have the Harley Mustache and love mine, but my legs are so short I cant reach the built in pegs comfortably LOL. so I bought some of the Harley "clip-on" Highway pegs and put them on there, positioning them where my toes can hit the pegs and my heels hit the forward controls. Very comfortable on the highway IMO.

how tall are you? That would make me mad buying those and can't even use the pegs.
