Take the nut off of the top of the headlight and unbolt the eyebrow mounts. You'll have no where to mount the headlight if you are planning to lose the brow, but if you just need it off for maintenance it's only a couple bolts

The cover is solid theres no circle cover to pop off to get to the bolt. Its one solid chrome cover visor. Im hoping or thinking maybe the chrome cover pops off as a whole and the steel visor underneath has the bolt?

If it's solid - it's probably just a cover over the original aluminum eyebrow. Remove the two allen bolts and lift it off to see what you find.

Soiunds like a chromed steel cover over the aluminum. Probably some chrome freak owned your bike before.
