Cool First ride without baffles
Took my first ride without baffles. Took my baffs out of the 09 Nightster and it sounded great an has more power I think. Thank for the posted about cutting out baffles.

I just went the other way. Put quiet baffles in my short shots. Liked it better but still needed earplugs. Performance is sweet though

I've always loved running straight pipes. It just feels good!

Guarantee you lost power thru whole rpm band except maybe @6000rpm..gain couple

No baffles is the way to run. It's fun to set off car alarms.

Just talked to the harley people today

They said dont remove the baffles on the 2013 super low
The bike will run like crap


Get different pipes

the 15 psi at the end of a tailpipe sends pressure back too early without any baffle, ruining the next charge, hurting low/mid range power.

V&H 2into1, and when the baffle's out it's louder than the factory horn! = I took the horn off and the bike looks better now to!

NOTE: It's a "tuned pipe". NOT open drag pipes!
