Any body know a good shop close that carries any parts? The dealer don't
Do the really simple stuff first and check the valve core is in tight. Then check your tyre to see if you can find the cause of the puncture and remove it. Ask the dealer if he can patch repair the tyre if it needs it, that is do a vulcanised repair. If they can't then any auto spares shop should have a can of the slime elfnyc mentioned, also a repair kit so you can plug it as well.
If its in the middle of the tread you can plug it. Some will say its not safe, but I have put a few thousand on my plugged rear tire. You could also have a shop just install a tube in your tire. That would be the most cost effective and quick options.

+1 - if the nail is in the middle of the tread, plug it and ride.
I always keep a plug kit and mini compressor with me.
