Forward Brake Controls Spinning...Help

Default Forward Brake Controls Spinning...Help
So long story short, a car clips my rear brake foot rest, my brake rest peg (and heel rest) just spins in place, very uncool riding like that. I took a look at the peg and it just won't hold it's place. Is the peg normally loctite'd in place? I see some white residue on the thread on the peg.

Did you tighten the bolt that goes through the peg (#8)?
Yes. Use blue Loctite (med. strength).

I tightened the screw and stuck some blue loctite in there, I should be good, thanks.
