Good Deal! Sounds like you're making it work.

As far as you other question about mounting the fender to the swingarm.

It is not an inexpensive endeavor. It was the most difficult part of the DK Sporty project.

Not including paint, figure at least 6 hours of time for someone who knows what they're doing.
