If he's 6'7" and only 140lbs, somebody FEED that Fella! (Maybe slip him some steroids too)
Anywhoo, I'm 6'1 220lbs, and my 72 fits nicely, but it is a "bar hopper" for me. The most fun a guy can have on short 15-30mile scoots. I need to score a new seat, or mod my seat, to put a little lip on the back to keep my *** from sliding off when I get a little frisky shifting to second, but otherwise it's comfortable and manageable. Even just at 6'1", I feel kind of big on any Harley smaller than a touring bike.
Then again, at the end of the day, it all depends on the individual. There's plenty of guys taller/bigger than me that'll hop on a sportster and ride across the country.
i just got a 2012 72. im 6'2" 230lbs, and feel cramped in the legs, id say if he likes it, look into extended forwards. i've been looking and cant seem to find them though.
