Default Powervision

Looking for people's insight on the powervision. From what I read it doesn't require a tune upload? Auto tune takes care of that. Is this correct or am I not understanding something? I'm considering the power vision because I want to do things correctly, even if it means spending more money. I only want to buy something once. Anyone's personal experience with this would be greatly appreciated.

When you buy it from Fuel Moto, you tell them what you have and they will send you a tune for your configuration. In addition to that you can also run Auto Tune... Or you can use it in conjunction with a Dyno run to fine tune your map...

Check out the videos on YouTube for the PowerVision.

I am very happy with mine.

You can use any of the things mentioned above. Then you can start logging your rides so you can fine tune it to your particular bike. 2 identical bikes with identical mods will still be different enough that they could benefit from fine tuning.

A tune upload isn't absolutely required, especially if it's stage 1 or less. You can use Autotune to adjust the stock map.

Both Fuel Moto and Dynojet have base tune maps for many configurations. Most people start with one of these base maps, and they are usually pretty close, then refine with Autotune.

I'm very happy with mine, and also recommend Fuel Moto. They double the warrantee, and will ship it with the correct base map for your set-up.
They also provide excellent after sale support.

Don't know what year your bike is, but PV is designed for bikes with O2 sensors...usually 2007 and later.

I forgot to mention I have a 13 48. I will definitely use fuel moto. I hear nothing but positive things about them.

If you do go with the Powervision, be sure to order the handlebar mount at the same time... shipping costs more than the mount... so best to avoid having to order it at a later time... do not ask me how I know.

You will be able to monitor and worry about stuff you did not used to, simply because you can now see everything
