Heat gun/hair dryer, some goo gone, and something to pry it off without scratching the lower fork tubes. I pried mine off with a flathead screwdriver and some heat then went to town with the goo gone, a rag, and good ole elbow grease

Heat with fishing line will be best. Many posts about it.

I used dental floss slowly working back & forth from top down came off easily then removed residue with goo gone you'd never know they were ever there
PS get the heavy duty waxed dental floss, doesn't need to be mint flavored

Either fishing line or unwaxed dental floss. Wrap each end on a couple of sticks and stick the line behind the reflector. Work the line back and forth like a wire saw and you apply pressure downward and keeping pressure on the forks. Any residue left over can be removed with either Goo Gone or WD-40.

Thanks all for the tips, I think the forks look better without the reflectors and I don't usually ride at night.

Just took mine off this morning. Dental floss broke everytime, go with fishing line. I heated mine up with a hair dryer and it popped off. Goo Gone cleaned up what remained of the glue. My fork is gloss black, just a light touch up on spots that were roughed up with Rustoleum gloss black and looks perfect.
