You should look into becoming a vendor here. Lotsa guys would be interested.
Would consider becoming a vendor if I could try it for 6 months to see if I get any work out of it. I have been a vendor on a bunch of other sites and it doesn't always pay.
A few pictures of parts off a Harley Road King FHP model. This was based with a silver metallic, dipped, pinstriped, a little airbrush shadowing, then cleared.
Ask for a gentleman named Scott, then tell him this guy DrewBone from NY sent you to him for advice and info about the process.
There you can ask him about what temperature range the coating will endure. 'Pretty sure it's a type of vinyl that's then covered with clear coat.

Small world Drew. Scott is a good friend of mine. Scott has done a number of motorcycle parts, but I don't think heat shields. I've been debating having him do my Sportster tins.
