Got the big radius pipes for my 72. I know with the 2 into 1 pipes, you have to relocate or remove the passenger peg, but I can't find info online about whether this is the case for the 2 into 2 big radius. All the searches route to threads about the 2:1 pipes, which I assume is a good sign..

Not really sure here...do you have the 2 into 2 on your bike? If so then it would be quite obvious (you can google it)...but yes you can have passenger pegs on!
Yeah, I have 2:2 pipes on already, but they're aligned differently than the big radius... side by side rather than stacked.
One more question... The box says I need a fuelpak for the install, but I've heard from others than you can hold off on putting the fuelpak on when you do the pipes, and wait to do that during the stage 1 upgrade... what's the deal?

Well if you're only changing the pipes and not the aircleaner you won't need a tuner (I do recommend you get one anyway). But changing them both then you MUST have one. I have no personal experience with the V&H fuelpak but from what I've heard it's far from the best one out there. Personally I went with the SE Super Tuner. On this side of the pond the guys that dyno bikes prefers the super tuner which allows more tune settings/options when tweaking it.
I'm still not quite sure what you're pipes look like! The V&H big radius 2 into 2 pipes should look like this...
Yeah, that's them. I just wasn't sure if they would be too high for the passenger peg to stay where it is, because my current pipes, although 2:2, are more or less side by side rather than one on top of the other.
I think come Spring I'll be doing the air cleaner, so I can just hold off on the tuning and remapping until then, but I just wanted to make sure.

Enjoy your new pipes! Those where the one I wanted but I got a great deal on the short shots so I went with them
Kind of hard to see but this is my bike with the 2-2 VH Big Radius pipes on it and the HD $99 passenger peg kit. If you have the pipes on already its going to be difficult to tighten the pegs on, which is the lazy way I did instead of removing the pipe which made it take much longer, but it can be done. They fit just fine, and usually thats where my feet end up when im riding.
