Hi... also looking to pick up some low-profile saddle bags. Anyone here have the Viking bags? Prices look really good and I like that they have "hidden" attachments. Any suggestions? Any experience with these bags? Good? Bad? Thanks
Didn't take that long to hard mount with the brackets, taillight relocation was pretty easy. You can pack a ton of crap in them and they still seal up tight. Mine came with locks, which each bag has a different lock, so two different keys. Kind of sucks, but not that big of deal.
I like them and the hug the bike better with the shock cut out.
I think for the money you cant beat them. Ive had these on the standard for about a year. They hold a good amount.
What I dont like about them is I cant use my quick detach sissy bar. So, Im in the process of modifying them, putting the mounting brackets on the inside of the bags, then mount the whole thing to the docking hardware. Since Im doing that and will be able to use my sissy bar again I picked up this sissy bar bag from them.........its freakin huge. I got them 15% off with coupons they send me every once in awhile.
