Hello everyone.. Hope everyone is well !! TTIs report. 2003 Dyna TC88 w/V&H Big Radius exhaust.. intro - 2+ years ago I picked up 2003 FXD from brother in law's shop. Extremely clean trade in with 7k on it. I immediately did Stg 1 upgrade with the V&H Big Radius ( I like the sound ).. After deciding to remove any concerns, about eventual camchain shoe issues, I upgraded to a S&S 509g complete canchest upgrade. I know the set is idle to 4500rpm and flat to near 5500rpm before falling off.. I know the camset is primarily for dressers and baggers, but Im a lower rpm rider. I also believed that, if it helps torque in baggers, it will surely help torque in my Dyna. It was running very well, but not nearly to its potential. ( Big Radius 2 into exhaust ) ?? So, before dropping lots o' coin on new 2 into 1 exhaust, I got with DK Customs about TTIs.. At 1st I put the 118s in pipes with baffles in. Ran very smooth still and a bit quieter note, but didnt seem any peppier.. I again communicated with DK Customs and they suggested, take out baffles and use 158s.. Exhaust note is little louder, but clean sounding. My last ride before exhaust change was solo, so riding 2 up today, was slightly, but noticeably stronger throughout entire rpm range.
