A while back I installed an Energy One Clutch on my NRHS 1250 conversion.
I felt like it was slipping a bit at first, but after readjusting it, it seemed like it was no longer slipping.
A couple of weeks ago I had the Sporty on the Dyno to test quite a few parts.
We could not get one single good pull on it. Clutch was slipping. So we spent the rest of the day testing all the parts on 3 different Twin Cams, and rescheduled a time to bring the Sporty back in to do the pulls.
Called Energy One and told them what was happening. They immediately sent me out an entire new clutch pack and the 25% stronger spring (I had originally ordered the 15% stronger spring).
Installed it, adjusted it, got it on the Dyno this week. No slipping.
Great Company, easy to work with, and I'm enjoying the new clutch. Even with the 25% stronger spring it is still a far easier pull than any of my TC's.
When I talked to them before I purchased I felt they had good customer service. Good to hear that confirmed. Kevin , did you figure out what caused the failure of the other clutch pack? Anything look out of ordinary? Did you stick with formula + with new clutch pack?

Yes, using formula+
I am sending the other clutch pack back, so should know by the end of next week what the problem was.
