I'm wanting to swap out my stock bars on my 72 for narrow bottom but can't decide if I should go with 12 inch or 14 inch anyone got an input? Or pics of both?
Subscribing, I'd love to see some comparison pics for this on a 72. One word of input I can give you is, I saw that member Hedley on here put 12's on his and was able to keep/use all his stock cables.
Yeah I saw his bike and it looked cherry that's why I'm undecided on 12 or 14 ' s lol cuz I want the extra hight but not to high and don't want it to look almost stock.
I just put 14" on my 72, I was able to use all the stock cables and wires with a 1.5" tank lift with wire tuck. I don’t have any pics yet because I finished it last night at 10pm. One of the connectors and I had to sit down and have a long conversation before it decided to cooperate with the process.

I would love to see it as well and all the stock cables worked with the 14"? I figured they'd be to tight
