I'm also a very happy and loyal DK customer. Fast shipping, great products, and extremely helpful. They'll have my business for as long as they're in business.

Oh my goodness... all the great words!!!!! I cannot say it enough, a Company is only as good as its Customers, and we have AMAZING customers!!!!

We take all feedback and use it to help make us improve in any way we can. I will have a talk with everyone Monday about the packaging of the products. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!!!

You guys may have missed my thread awhile ago about an issue I was having with my dealership not wanting to cover a rear cylinder problem and them attempting to blame it on DK's air cleaner. Kevin with DK went above an beyond for me trying to get them to see what was going on and that it clearly wasn't a problem caused by the air cleaner, which I without a doubt still believe it wasn't. Talked with Kevin for about 45 minutes one day discussing potential issues and warranty problems, and he was able to get the dealer to admit that it wasn't the a/c and they were going to attempt to get it approved and authorized to be cleared from a replacement cylinder. All of this going on during bike week mind you. I ended up moving up to the 48 and I love it, however DK's products, let alone the customer service are stellar. Really great guys over there making and supporting excellent merchandise.

I thought the way they packaged was fine and a good way for them to keep cost down. Up until last year I was a Packaging Engineer for a Thermoforming company. Designed packages for a lot of products and companies. For a small company fancy packaging just isnt cost effective. You have design costs, tooling costs, min runs, etc. I really would cut DK some slack in this area. And besides, most of it ends up in the trash anyway. I can always use a big ziploc bag so I look at their packaging as reusable.

Another satisfied customer here! Placed my order for XiED's as well as a Outlaw 587 AC system Sunday night. Upon receiving my order confirmation email I noticed I screwed up and only ordered the K&N filter not the whole system. Called to change my order right before they opened Mon morning. Left a message, and within a few minutes I got a call back. A few minutes on the phone and all was taking care of! Order was shipped with in a few hours, and had my stuff in 2 days!! Very happy! Will be buying more stuff from DK in the future.

Ok, I'll go one better. Last summer I bought a new Antigravity battery from DK Customs to replace the crappy pos Lithium Ferrite Alien Motion battery I originally bought for the winter makeover. I need the smaller LiFe battery to fit in the smaller battery compartment I have due to running the wiring through the frame. The Alien Motion battery crapped out in one season and the company pretty much thumbed their nose at me and I had to eat it. Looking for alternatives I contacted Kevin about their Antigravity batteries and he gave me a full run down and I bought one from them. It worked...ok throughout the summer but I had some cranking issues with it in colder weather. I don't normally ride in the really cold stuff so I didn't bother saying anything about it. It cranked, slowly but the bike started so no big deal. Then, in Sept or Oct of last year Kevin emails me out of the clear blue to ask how the battery was working. He emailed me, unsolicited. I explained that it was working but having some difficulty cranking in colder weather. He didn't think that was right and spent about a week over email with me trying to analyze the problem. Then he called the Antigravity folks and explained the situation to them. Bottom line - Antigravity ended up sending me a brand new 16 cell battery to replace the original 12 cell DK sold me, for no additional charge. And I hadn't even complained about it in the first place!

I can't say enough about DK Customs and Kevin in particular. I've never had a company demonstrate that kind of proactive customer service or go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction the way Kevin did. What a company.

btw Kevin - I meant to email you when I got the battery a couple of weeks ago and hadn't gotten around to it. But THANKS!
