Just bought my 1st Harley Wednesday. An '01 Sportster sport all black 7500miles and the guy who owned it b4 me did almost everything he could to the bike. B4 i bought it the weather was warm all winter so far. in the last 4 days since i brought her home it has snowed twice. need the weather to break so i can get out and see what this Harley is made of.
Trainlights,
I am only this spring getting to the mods I wanted to add (family troubles got in the way...)
My current plan still involves the Chainsikle rearsets (in black), a Bassani RoadRage 2-into-1 exhaust, and a Figure Machine intake and filter.
Re-jetting and a dyno set-up will be mandatory, of course.
hi all just bought a 1999 nugget yellow 1200s and am glad to find you guys talking about this model. hope to learn more about this bike from all your contributions. thanks in advance cheers
