Jibber Jabber
I've had it for about 2.5 weeks now - rode it home from Calgary, AB to Prince George, BC (800ish km) and then just been riding the **** out of it around town and what not. I've put around 1400km since I picked it up and still only has 9600km
Def. have some plans for it, but likely will have to wait until next spring/summer.. want to start blacking it out, but there's so much chrome! Here's my ideas and if you guys have any comments or advice, fly at it.
-DK Customs A/C black, w chrome skull or a blacked out Screamin' Eagle
-Biltwell Keystone bars, black - relocation of front blinkers to forks
-Wrap pipes from engine down and put black exhaust tips on/new exhaust system altogether...ideas?
*been reading alot about 'tuners' and most of it has to do with threads involving A/C and exhaust upgrades.. care to enlighten a noob?
thanks for listening.. cheers

Since your Sporty is carbed there are no tuners (fuel management systems) available for it. If you install a free flowing intake like Screamin' Eagle or Arlen Ness along with a less restrictive set of slip on pipes you will gain a lot more performance by letting the engine breathe better. Remember, your engine is essentially a large air pump and by getting rid of restrictions on air flow allows it to work more efficiently. Don't forget to re-jet your carbuerator to avoid a lean condition after doing the above mods. Enjoy your new scoot!
