He got confused? On what planet is it acceptable to make a left hand turn from the right hand lane? I just don't see anything confusing about that being the wrong thing to do.

That sucks. Get a lawyer before the insurance company tries to screw you.

Wonder how long until some one comes along to tell us how it is your fault. Happens every accident thread.
