I can leave my bike out year round without a single worry of anybody looking , touching or stealing it. Country living for the win. City living sucks

The OP has a location of bon secour Alabama. That community had a population of 743 in 2010. Probably not a hotbed of motorcycle thieves.

All of that information is in the owners manual. If you do not have one then go to the Harley website, register and view your manual online.

The security PIN won't be in a new manual.
Many dealers set new bikes to a common PIN for their convenience, if you know who the original selling dealer is, contacting them may help if the previous owner didn't reset the PIN.
The "last resort" would be to have the dealer replace the TSSM.

I had to go back and read my Owners manual, and if I read it correctly you can change the PIN with the FOB present without knowledge of the previous PIN and it tells you how to do that.
You need an Owners manual anyway. But he seems to know the PIN and only wants the procedure to disarm the system, which is in the manual.

To remove the security system, the dealer has to replace the TSSM with a TSM.
