Default Taillight Visor

Anyone see any reason why this wouldnt work on a 2001 sportster? Or any problems with taillight visors in general?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SPORT...spagenameZWDVW

its either this or change out the taillight to a smoked laydown one.

Should work fine. I have an HD one. I like the look and it was very easy to install........take the two screws out, put the visor over the tail light, put the two screws back in.

I have 1 thats close to that.It has the harley winged logo on it istead of the vents that 1 has.I wish they would come up with a tail light that isn't so bulky.I mean it sticks out like a bumper. If it says the right year on it then it should work.I got my jet kit from sorgys and it worked great. They are good for getting you the right parts.

It will work. But I put a smoked lay down taillight and a contoured laydown license plate frame on mine. I think the factory taillight is oversized and visually unappealing.
