Then keep the Xbones. You will enjoy swapping back on occasion. I love having my Fat Bob and my Sportster...two different worlds. Both a lot of fun. You can always decide to sell the bones later. Plus, bones are cool.

^ what he said. If you can keep both bikes do it. I have my 48 and my 09 gsxr 1000 too. I honestly ride the 48 more but when I need that adrenaline rush I take the liter bike out. Its just nice being able to switch back and forth because some days I just don't feel the 48.

Blackhawk48 what bars are you running on your 48?
did it require a cable change?

You are correct, Biltwell Keystone Bars, they didn't require any modification at all. Got em from JP Cycles for $99
