This is my first question on this site, I have been reading for a few weeks now.
About 20 years ago I broke my tail bone (coccyx) and cannot sit leaning back on anything, even my mower has foot stops welded up close to the seat. My 02 Sportster has forward controls and after 20 min. I can't stand it anymore.
Now on to my question. I have been looking for mid controls on Flea-Bay and else where. All I'm finding seem incomplete and priced like new forward controls.
Being a new Harley owner, where can I find a complete Mid-control set, I don't want to have to chase down the small parts and don't know what all should come with them.
They were surprisingly hard to find for my '89... They were all for newer bikes on craigslist, eBay, or other classified ads. Finally found a complete set on eBay for 60 bucks or so. Pain in the *** to change out the right side.

I'm having the same problem you had. I'll be patient tho. I have seen some in the $175-200 range but, I'm skeptical of ordering a bag of parts when I can't tell what may be missing.

The first set I bought off ebay had a bent left side foot peg support... That really irked me...
