It won't be a direct bolt-in.
The 88" cams press in to the bearings in the cam plate, while the 96" ones are slip fit in the plate itself (no bearings). This makes the journal's on the cam different diameters.
Also, the 88" uses a different style inner chain sprocket than the 96" cams (silent vs roller).
