Got my Instrument sw updated to the latest v5.1288.2 What is your feedback?
From my side, I have 2 noticeable changes
1. the Navi GUI has changed, it shows the speed limit on the map as well as the lane you should keep (although makes the map smaller)
2. The engine seems to purr smoother
There are still some map bugs but seems to be working better. Happy to hear from other users.
@georgebike In another thread, you said you'd had Bluetooth disconnection issues. Do you notice any improvement in that regard?
yes the BT has improved and no disconnections are happening, however the maps are still buggy and your positioning on the map may not show accurate. All in all it is frustrating as you cannot count on it.

Does your phone have LOS to the GPS sats? As far as I can tell, it's driven by the HD app maps on the phone, not the bike. If your phone is in your pocket, might that make a difference?

I believe the signal is ok with the SATS/GPS. The error comes around the direction of the arrow youre heading vs the actual heading (ie it can point south but I am driving north). I keep my phone either in the pocket of my jeans or jacket.
