Default Leatherpros on a Nighster 975

Ordered the FXR bags and made my own mounts. I see that I misspelled Nightster, can't edit that.

It's the Memphis Shades Road Warrior for the XL1200. You'll have to make a few minor mods, and reposition the headlight. Some guys have also bought the Krator from Amazon, it's way cheaper.

That looks really nice. One of the issues with these bikes (Sportster S and Nightster) is that there is not much from Harley, or from the aftermarket to make them more user friendly for anything more than day trips.

Your bike suggests a bike I would like to see Mother Harley produce, if they are serious about the future of the RevMax. It is a combination of the Sporty S and the Nightster. It would be styled like the Nightster with the pipes low on the frame. This borrows on the look of the classic Sportster, and it makes room for bags. It would have the Sportster S engine and inverted forks because, you know, horsepower. (It would not have the Pan America engine, because no one wants to spend their road time buzzing around at 6000 rpm just to stay in the power band). The gas tank would be up top as God intended. This would allow for a larger tank around 4.5 - 5 gallons -- to give it longer legs between stops. The rear suspension would get a boost to 4-4.5". Dual disks up front would be nice. And a better selection of windshield/fairing options.

In some ways this would be like a road-focused version of the Pan America, but with the Sporty S engine. The baby-cruiser I have in mind draws from all three bikes -- it would be a 500 lb bike that you could blast around town, or take on an occasional trip.
