I have taken the time in the past to package and ship something free including shipping to help a brother out. I had scratched an end cap on my grips and bought new ones. One guy needed just one and I had it. I just sent it to him and he thanked me and that was enough. I see some of that on here. And not so much. It is all in the negotiation.

I've had people not list a price and ask how much they want. I'll get the "how much do you want to pay". If it goes on for more than 1 exchange of that, I'll just tell them I can't be the buyer and the seller, they need to pick a side of the sale.

If they play that game I just don't even bother - you know that they'll get offended if you offer too little and they are just hoping that you have no real idea and will offer too much.

Sometimes I say make offer because I post pictures of a bunch of stuff. I'm not going to try to come up with a price for every little thing. So I expect someone to say I'll give you $$ for this, this and this.

But, for me, if someone wants Ł1000 then they ASK for $1000 (or better yet, $1100 and I can knock then down to the grand and we both feel good about it, haha!)
