Default Sumitomo Aspen Touring

I picked this tire up from Big O in Aurora. 195 55 16 fit fine ion my 14 Ultra Classic. Trailer hitch cleared just fine.
PSI on the sidewall says 51 PSI. That sounds awfully high. Any advice here? Lower the pressure a bit? Keep a record and play with the pressure?
The tire corners very well. The bike seems to roll much easier, in the context of simply pushing it around the garage.
Thanks!

I don't have that tire, but I would recommend starting at about 30 psi and go up in 2 psi increments until you find your sweet spot.

Yeah 51 psi is way too high!
