The guy has already technically blown warranty coverage with the head pipe change.
He can reinstall the head pipe before taking it in?
Besides that, the results show a request for more fueling during deceleration and/or very light throttle/load, which I doubt correct probably due to reversion caused by the aftermarket pipe.
