FP3: FP3 Question

FP3 Question
I'm sure this is in here, just can't find it.
My ride - 2015 Softail Classic - complete VanceHines 2 into 1 system - ArlenNess Stage 1 - FP3 Tuner
My riding style has changed (new GF that loves to ride), so riding a lot more 2 up. Original Autotune was done 1 up. Riding 2 up, I expect some difference in performance, but she is rather small (115lbs) and the difference is very noticeable. I am thinking I should just redo everything.
My questions
1) Was the original downloaded VH Tune altered during my autotune sessions earlier?
2) Should I go back to stock, redownload the VH tune for my setup (maybe updated since original dowload??), or should/can I just go back to original VH FP3 download?

Anybody that wants to take the time to type or can point me to a how to step by step process on how to do this, it would be GREATLY appreciated. I can turn wrenches far, far better than pushing buttons. (all though I've been told I push buttons quite well, I don't think we're talking about the same thing).

What happens to me is:
slot [0]: stock tune (read only)
slot [1]: V&H Canned Map
slot [2]: autotune based on slot [1]
so the V&H downloaded one is unaltered... you can go back to that
What I would recommend is a new autotune (filling a new slot) with your previous autotune map as the base.
Your engine load and throttle position for a given rpm will be slightly higher, so I suspect it will learn/relearn cells that it never altered before, but your old autotuned cells will only get slight tweaks, if any.
