I am glad I don't get treated that way at my local dealer.
I stop in just to look around and only one person will come up to me....ONLY ONE...
He knows about my wreck and, He asks me how I am doing. He knows that I am getting my sporty ready to ride as soon as I have healed up enough...
The other sales people tend to stay away...
The parts people tend to look me in the eye when I speak (I've been buying parts) and they know what I am going to ask when they tell me how much the parts are...and they will do what I ask.
It helps to build a relationship with your local dealer. It may take time, but when they recognize you they will treat you different.

It is about freaking time the experience is humanizing and reality-based.
G-d forbid anyone actually listening to the customer.

Oh, you should of told them in the survey that you left and wound up buying a brand-new Indian. LOL just kidding of course do not yell at me….LOL!
