Specifically sales and service. There may be a new bike in my future and I have never been to this dealership. Father in-law bought from them back in 06 and said they were good to deal with.
I'm north around Ocala and the dealer there has gone south since they were bought by a car dealership so I'm looking for a new one.
I stopped in there and bought a couple t-shirts a few years ago. We were the only people there at the time (middle of the day). All the salesmen were standing around bullshitting with each other, and playing with their phones. They said business was slow then. That's all I know about the dealer in Leesburg. I had the same experience at the dealer in Ocala.
I bought my bike there and had the 1k service thrown in and have been there several times after for their events. I would highly recommend that dealer. I have called them for general info and talked to the service team as well as the sales manager and seem to get upfront and straight answers from them. I would have no issues purchasing another bike from them in the future or having service done if needed.
For sales, travel a little further to Seminole HD in Sanford.
Deal with Keith Boggs. Only Keith.
Dunno about the service there, as I use an independent in Daytona.

This! Way better deals at Seminole when buying a bike. Avoid for service though.
