That's one thing I don't miss about Florida,,,,Grew up in Safety Harbor and use to put a light coat of Vaseline or WD40 on the front end of my cars and bikes,,,,it helped a lot but not a cure all.. Then they get sun cooked on,,,,nasty

I moved to Safety Harbor 38 years ago! It has changed....
I just spray the love bugs down with peroxide then wipe them off. WD40 and Vaseline sounds like a bigger mess than the bugs. Some use Pam which is worse than the bugs. lol...
