Where is central Florida? WRONG!!!!!

Buzz, you're a nut, a likable nut, but a nut.
Panhandle all the way to Jacksonville, east coast and a west coast, and one long haul to Naples or Homestead.
You do know the Keys claim to be their own territory?
Now with that said, Central Florida begins middle of the state from the northern parts to the southern parts and each has its own lifestyle.
Personally, Central Florida to me is when there was is no GPS and everyone you meet is a stranger. Use to be folks says crash here, or park right up the road.

well being born in Miami and watching the migration of South and central america to dade and broward county. Its a whole new country. Where english is a second langauge. That would make Tampa South Florida and USF would be located in the correct place.. LMAO Buenos Dias Amigos

Well, thanks BC! That exact question had me tossing and turning all night in bed. I just couldn’t get to sleep, wondering where the center of your fine state is, know I can rest well tonite.
But, why do people from San Francisco say they are from “Northern California”. When in fact their Lattitude is merely 50 miles north of the geographical center of California at North Fork.
edit:You would think that California, whose length is roughly 900 miles, would be broken into 3 geographical zones, South, Central, North, each 300 miles of Lattitude. As such Southern California would start at the Mexico border, and stretch north 300 miles to about Tulare. Then Central California would encompass the area north of Tulare to about Chico. And that puts San Francisco just about in the center of Central California. Then finally Northern California would stretch from Chico to the Oregon border.
