Been doing them 30 years and have 10 national certifications in DV alone not to mention DV mediation. Tried to help you.
With any luck the Insurance co you go against hires me to represent them in your action.

Thought you were a decent guy.

Last thing a vehicle owner needs is a diminished value appraisal from a company that also does work for insurance companies. Are they your advocate or maybe trying to impress the insurance company which would be a source of work for them. Choose an independent appraiser who works for car owners ONLY.

A few years back I had to go after a company for diminished value after one of their semi's damaged my (1 of 85) 2016 Chevrolet SS.
