Holiday Park is a gator venue. You can go out on an airboat around the Everglades for $30 bucks (less if you can find a coupon online). Then return and watch the gator show for a few minutes, spend $$ in the store. However, if you don't want to part with any cash you can still watch the show if it's on, and just walk around for a few minutes. They don't have the best airboats, theirs are like buses. If you want to do an airboat ride go south to Krome Avenue where there are a couple of other establishments, or better still continue along Krome to US41 and take one of those smaller rides. Also on that intersection of Krome and 41 is the Micosukkee casino and hotel, great buffet.
