There's a nice motorcycle swap meet in Webster on Jan 7-8th (usually on the first weekend but the first Sunday is New Year's Day.) This one would be more centrally-located for folks up north or on the east coast.
or,
Gibtown Bikefest is on Jan 6-7th. This one is close to Tampa.
Is anybody up for a possible 'Florida Crew' get together?
Since you are located in the Daytona Area, why not put something together over this side of the peninsula. It would be a short trip for me but a good destination for some of the long haulers that need an excuse to ride somewhere. You are probably aware that The Florida Crew Rally use to meet in Palaka in November, but Covid did that in.
I'm a neighbor a little to your North in OB. Want to dicuss this Idea more, PM me.
I liked Palatka as a location .. And the place on the River was nice but guess there were problems and discontinued it there .. Way back when at Ocala was okay but the place has turned into a dump now ..
Gibtown, Webster both sound like good Ideas. Not interested in Leesburg bike fest. I havent been to any major rallys since 2016 and I recently went to Octoberfest in Daytona never again. People have gotten really weird and low. In just a few years it went from some cool stuff and some not cool people to completely not cool people. I doubt Ill ever attend any large bike deal again. Rather just ride to Sons of Speed races and plan trips with smaller local crews.
Theres a Sons of Speed race in Smyrna in March.
