thank's for the offer, but it's an 09 with a sundowner.
i like the sundowner better than the stock, but at about the 200-250 mile mark, i start wiggling around a bit.
thanks for the input guys.
Dave
Damn you can go 200-250 then you start feeling a bit uncomfortable? Chit I am there at about 140 mile mark. I don't think WG's are the best bikes for comfort...but they look good!
Hope you find something that works for you and your honey!
yes he did, but we were at a poker run / bike show in sarasota somewhere. he said it did help, but i was hoping local so i did not lose my seat for more than a couple of days.
Not sure if my stock Road King seat (2009) will fit your Ultra, but if it does and you need to send yours out to be reworked you can borrow it for as long as needed. I'm only keeping it so I can put t back on when I trade the RK in.

thanks Steve,i will see what Dales place has to say first, but that may be a good option..i would hate to lose ride time due to the seat not being there..
Has anyone had their seat reworked in the south fl area ?
looking for a gel insert or something for rider and passenger.
thanks
Dave
I don't think the inserts work all that well. I have a throw on pad which I like mostly for the sheepskin cover on hot days. It gives me about 30mins more.
There website pretty much sucks and they do a lot of work on sportbikes too but don't hold that against them. I have seen some of their work and they are first class. Especially if you want a custom cover. It is only about 10 minutes from my house. If you go there and they can get it done in an afternoon (likely) let me know and we'll fire up the grill and have a cold one.
If Dale's firin' up the grill, I wanna run up with ya!
