I was just at a wedding there last month for Tom's daughter (he was at last year's rally)
We had a group rate of $50 per night, so it's definitely priced right.
I'll call Tom and see what he thinks about a rally there.
I like Mexico Beach for the fishing, but that's about it.
Restaurants are below par and not much to do except hang at Tom's marina.

I'll also check with the Buccaneer at St. George and the other hotels in Apalach.

I'm also checking on some accommodations in Wakulla county.
We could do a low country at the house on Friday or Saturday night.

Paul the panhandle is a nice ride from up here.Lots of nice roads in SW Georgia.Everybody is neglecting the Royal Red shrimp that start running in mid summer. They are as big as prawns and so sweet.Worth the trip from Atlanta just for the shrimp. So,,any more interest in this ride. It's time to book this years calender.
One trip a few of us up here are making this May is the Outer Banks if any of y'all are interested.G.

What date did you have in mind.
By Memorial day weekend it's pretty hot and humid.
Great boating weather, or morning rides.
