However, I am not thrilled with the response from my HD dealer. Especially since the salesman that delivered it said, "it was missing" on his ride over.

You are more of a mechanic than a lot of us. I would never dare undertake some of the things that you have.
Thanks pardner, unfortuneately it's because I can't afford to do it any other way. I LOVE to ride and I aint givin up so easily.
