Ok, they use a credit union and not a traditional bank. I spoke with the CU and they do not have any type of escrow account. We can wire funds to their account, but that is how far we can go with them.
I can set up a website where people can donate from and it goes to an account. I can have the funds transfer from there to their credit union account. I found a couple of sites that offer this type of service.

Suntrust does what they call "benefit accounts" for this sort of thing. I have a pretty good relationship with the manager at my local branch, and I have a call in to her.
