Donations for Phil
I wanted to start a new thread about this, so it does not get lost in the other thread.
I was thinking perhaps we should contact the bank they use and open up an escrow account with them. This way we can send checks, wire money, etc to an account and she will have immediate access to the funds.
I will be more than happy to do the leg work with them, as long as we are all in agreement.

I am not a fan of paypal for something like this and it would easier for Angie to take funds out as needed through her own bank.
As I said, if we are all in agreement, i will look into it and set it up.

I spoke with their credit union and the lady is going to call me back regarding if we can set up something there. I will keep you all posted.

From the point of view of someone who has been there, All the money you good folks sent my way was like a gift from the good lord and getting that big check all at once was right on time. I don’t think it would have been as helpful if Carolyn would have had access to it Daily. I bet y’all did not know you have a stake in my house did you? Do what you want but thats my .02. Get the info up so we can all help out Philer-up.

Another thing about doing it that way is that I have no idea who gave or didn’t, How much each gave or didn’t. All I know is that it was a godsend and with it being anonymous, it keeps the whole crew on an even playing field. Again, just my .02.
