My experience is that bent crash bars usually mean bent frames that need replaced. Worst part is the labor as the frames are only about $1500 to my knowledge. I have no idea why they wouldn't reassign the VIN to a new frame and ship much sooner. Red tape, I suppose.
As for tire pressure, I'm old-fashioned. I press on the tire with both thumbs. If it gives, it needs air. If it doesn't give, we're ready to ride!
